Delivery territory and cost

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes are outside this offer. Delivery is $18.95 per order, free when merchandise totals $250 or more. After fit requirements, availability and payment are confirmed, preparation takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for 4–7 business days total. Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays count as business days.

Prices and delivery charges are in USD and include applicable sales tax. No additional tax is added at checkout. Your request itemizes merchandise and delivery. Any correction or changed selection is explained and agreed before a different amount becomes payable.

Fit confirmation before dispatch

Checkout receives an order request. We review the listed selection and the measurements and mounting details you provide, then contact you to confirm availability and the amount. We do not dispatch a substitute because it looks similar. Additional information may be required from the adapter or filter-housing documentation. The preparation clock does not run while essential fit information or payment is outstanding.

Packing and delivery

Steel teeth are packed with their sharp edges protected. Filter elements are protected against dirt and crushing. Keep their wrapping until the fit check and inspection are complete. We normally send the order together; any split shipment and revised dates are agreed before dispatch. No extra split-shipment charge is added without agreement. Tracking information, where available, is shared in direct correspondence.

Address changes and delay

Quote your reference promptly if the address needs correction. A dispatched parcel may not be reroutable. If it has not arrived after the 7-business-day total window following fit/payment confirmation, contact us so we can check the dispatch record and agree an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not place a paid duplicate while an existing delivery is being traced.

Damage or shortage

Inspect packaging and count the parts on arrival. Report visible damage, contamination or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. This reporting target does not remove applicable rights. Keep the wrapping and provide photographs where practical; do not install a damaged tooth or contaminated filter. Confirmed supply errors and defective goods follow the Returns Policy at our expense.
